What we're looking for:
4 C's! Conscientious, considerate, communicative, and creative. On the nerdier end of the spectrum is great. 1 roommate is a Musician/Filmmaker and 1 is a 3D artist and Dungeon Master. It is preferred for candidates to hop on a quick Zoom call with both roommates for a general meet-and-greet. And, one last note, with the current state of the pandemic, we are substantially limiting our contact with people outside of the apartment, and so we ask that our new roommate tries to do the same, and does not use the apartment as a gathering place/social hub.
