The available space: This enormous studio size (basement) bedroom is perfect for an individual who wants to pay a little more for a huge amount of personal space. Room will be unfurnished but is big enough for a bedroom and personal living room space. Includes a private bathroom. It's like a mini apartment with solid privacy within our home. The move in date is flexible but ideally by 8/15/20 or 9/1/20. Lease would be month- to month. This is for individuals only, no couples.
A side note: Available to show in person or virtually!
The total apartment: The apartment itself is spacious, has a lot of natural light upstairs! Upstairs there are two rooms; with a shared bathroom. We also have a private backyard just for our apartment.
The neighborhood: The apartment is conveniently located by the A and C trains. It's a 35 minute commute into the city. There are two grocery stores in the area, dry cleaners, nail salon, Rite Aid, Wine shop, cafe and is close to Bed-stuy staples.
The apartment (living room/kitchen) will be fully furnished. Studio will be unfurnished and move in ready by 8/15.
