You would be sharing a renovated apartment with 3 other people (2 guys and a girl). We are all young and friendly professionals in our early 30's, currently working from home due to the pandemic.
We're looking for someone responsible, reliable, clean, easy to communicate with who finds the apt as a place of peace, cooking and relaxing.

No lease signing, month to month. Ideally looking for someone long term.

$675 plus utilities (electric, gas, internet). Utilities are usually between $50-$80 depending of the season.
