Private room in 3 bedroom/1 bath in Bed-Stuy

Hi everyone, we are two mid-20?s females looking for another early to mid-20?s female to join our space. The room is available for 3 month sublet from September - November 2020 OR until April 2021. Here is more info on the space:

- 3rd floor apartment located in a historic neighborhood in Bed-Stuy. FREE Laundry in basement. Roof access. Near Kosciuszko J/Z, Myrtle M, and Utica A/C. 15 minute walk to Food Bazaar, coffee shops, and local businesses. The space is fully furnished outside of the bedroom.
- Rent is $773 (not including gas + wifi) The room can comfortably fit a full size bed. Two windows bring in a ton of natural light and give you fire escape access. The room will come included with the A/C unit. The bed is available for purchase from previous occupant, if interested.
- Your roommates: Two mid-20?s professionals. One works in fashion, the other in PR. Plus, a sweet bunny named Kimchi. :) We take pride in keeping a clean space and are looking for a roommate who will do the same.
