The room is mine but I?m away for at least the next six months, potentially longer, so the length of sublet is flexible. In a fantastic area of bed stuy, very neighborhoody feel with lots of great local bars / restaurants / coffee shops and other businesses around. Close to Herbert Von King Park and 10 minute walk to the nostrand G, 15 to the A/C at Nostrand and at Kingston-Throop. Bills vary but usually $40-70/pp a month.
