Room available in our 3 bedroom apartment for a long term sublet starting Dec 1st.
The apartment is off the JMZ Mrytle/Broadway train station, also off the G Mrytle/ Willoughby, takes about 15 minutes to get into Manhattan. The room is $900 plus utilities which usually run around $80-$120 a person depending on the season and has a medium sized closet. The room itself has a window but does not get great light, however the apartment gets a LOT of great natural light.
Room will be UNFURNISHED but I?ve attached pictures of the set up my old roommate had.
Roomies:
29 year old male, professional fashion photographer. The other roommate is in his 30's and works as an actor.
We are looking for someone who is clean, has a steady job, able to pay rent on time and will have December?s rent ready to pay (plus $900 security deposit).
Must also be friendly.
No pets, no couples... sorry!
