One Bedroom Available In Bedstuy

Looking for a quiet, clean roommate to sign a lease for a 3 bedroom apartment in bedstuy. Unit has a dishwasher! Lease start date is February 18, so we are looking for someone to join before then. I am a recent new school grad working from home, and my roommate is an actor currently working at a coffee shop. Rent is $633 a month which is a great price for what you’re getting. About a 10 minute walk to the Kosciusko J. The place is unfurnished so it’s a huge plus if you have stuff like a couch, tv, kitchenware, etc. we’d like a roommate who is mindful of covid and doesn’t like to have too many people over at once. We are very introverted and would like to keep things calm and quiet.
