Room for rent in apt near the A/C line

This is a 3 bedroom apartment. The smallest room is empty/vacant and can be shared with the person who moves in. The second largest room is the one being rented. No smoking/pets. I’m neat and pay for a cleaner, so there are no issues. The train is a 5 min walk from the house (Utica). I’d like someone who will stay until at least the fall. Don’t be shy!
