Large private room for rent in Stuyvesant-heights. I’m moving out of that room and I’m looking for someone to occupy it ASAP. The occupant will pay me rent ($850/month) until the lease renews in November and then it’s up to them wether they want to sign the lease or not. No security deposit required at this time. Just the rent and the utilities which are $100 max are required from now till the lease ends. The room has high ceiling, AC, closet, two large windows, wooden floor, and a free dresser. The room fits a Queen bed comfortably and it gets excellent lighting (the sun doesn’t hit it directly so golden hour is yours!) there’s a dishwasher in the apartment, access to the rooftop with a nice view of the city and an in-building laundry.
