Hey everyone ! I'm looking to sublet my room in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn, available May 15th. Pay $400 for month of may. I will pay utilities for that month. Room is $800/month after that. With utilities/wifi varies from 50-70 total/ month. $750 deposit that you will get back. Lease ends July 31st but it is possible to apply for apartment after that. You will be subletting a bedroom in a 4 bedroom 2 bath, 30 minutes to city and very close to downtown brooklyn. The room comes unfurnished, I have a full bed frame that you can use but its sorta broken so I can leave it or take it if you want. Room is really pretty and gets so much natural sunlight. There is the original mantle in the room that really adds character. There are two full bathrooms in the apartment, you will share with one other person. Really great area with a dog park nearby and lots of cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is spacious in general and the room fits a queen size bed and desk easily. The two other roommates are young women in their 20s and a cat named Luna that is very quiet and doesn’t really do much. Third roommate is subleasing at the same time so if another bedroom is needed there is another for $800as well. Female roommates only. Laundry is not in building but is literally right next door and barely a walk. You're less than a 5 minute walk from the Bedford-Nostrand G Station and an 10 minute walk to Nostrand Avenue A-C train. We have a 2 delis right next door and and there are a bunch of grocery store options close by with Key Foods and Metropolitan City Market which is my favorite. All in all it's a pretty convenient location with trains and stores really close by.
