Large Room with walk-in closet | Private backyard

The room is really large (about 250 sq. ft) and has a walk in closet. It also has a direct door to the bathroom. There is a large window that gets light almost all day long. Pictures are unfurnished but can be furnished if needed!

The apartment is a duplex in a renovated brown stone. We have a private backyard that has a garden bed, table, chairs, and a grill. You are welcome to plant things or put other outdoor items there. One bedroom is upstairs along with half a bathroom and closet which is where I live.
The bedroom I am looking to fill is downstairs so great privacy.
The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped and very spacious. There are lots of cabinets for storage, a full size refrigerator, 2 sinks, and a full size stove/oven.
This apartment feels like a house, it is very spacious. There are huge closets in the hall way, entrance and living room that we can share for storage and outerwear etc.
We have washer dryer in unit next to a large sink in the hallway. The living room has access to the backyard, gets a lot of light and faces some beautiful trees. There is a TV, and AC unit in the living room.
