There are furniture and living necessities in the kitchen and living room as well
Tenant need to keep the room and the apartment clean and tidy!
No Smoking, no vaping, no doing weeds of any kind in the apartment!
Pets are not allowed.
2 minute walk to G train station, and there's a bus route right next to the station.
