Currently looking for a 4th roommate for our 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
The Neighborhood: Bed Stuy, Malcom X blvd. A few blocks away from the A-C line and the M46 bus stop is right next to us. The street is moderately quiet, not super hectic or a high traffic area. Within a couple of blocks off either side of the building you'll find two grocery stores, several bodegas, restaurants and bars.
The Apartment: Corner Unit. 4th floor walk-up. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Washer and Dryer in unit. Hardwood Floors. Large kitchen and dining room space. Tall ceilings.
The Room: Cozy. Located in the front of the building. Two Tall Windows, exposed brick wall. Lots of natural light. Ideal for a high pace individual or young professional. It can comfortably fit a full-size bed, a small desk and a nightstand but you're welcome to layout the space as you see fit!
The Price: $900.00 + utilities
The Roommates: 3 roommates (two male, one female). 2 in their 30's and one mid 20's. All working professionals. LGBTQ+ Friendly. Ideally looking for female roommate since the bathroom would be shared with her.
We really stick to our own space, ideally looking for someone who can respect that. The room will be available on February 1.
