Looking for a quite, clean roommate to fill out top level studio- bedroom. The private room is unfurnished so you’ll have creative freedom to decorate how you please. The room features private A/c unit, direct roof access and personal bathroom. The living room/kitchen is shared and decorated. The space is perfect for a minimalist. Not looking to add any additional furniture to the living room or kitchen space as it is fully furnished and we like to keep it clutter free.
