We are looking for a new roommate to join us in signing the lease starting 1 July 2022 for 12 months. All applicants are required to go through the application process. ID, 3 month bank statement, pay stubs, employment letter, tax return needed. Application fee $20.
About the room for $900:
- comes unfurnished
- closet space
- AC not included
- Space for Queen size bed, desk, shoe rack and drawer
- you will share the bathroom with 1 other roommate
About me:
I am a film student and most of my classes are online so I am home during the day. I keep to myself and am really considerate of noise especially at night. I would like to keep our home cosy, good energy, an environment where we can be productive and still have some fun. I am a morning person and I don't bring home any parties but I might have a friend over for dinner now and then.
It's really important that we find someone who is mindful, kind, drama-free, good communicator, honest and considerate of noise and cleanliness. I emphasize on cleanliness and noise. If you are not good at cleaning up after yourself and keeping the common areas neat. This probably isn't the best place for you :)
About the apartment:
- the apartment comes with our own washer/dryer which is tremendously helpful!
- we each have a cupboard for groceries and appliances are shared.
- we have a lovely spacious living room and a newly renovated kitchen. - we are only 2 floors up and the last floor so no noise from above!
Utilities are split 4 ways. Wifi - 27 Coned, NG - around 60-80
No pets and no couples. Females over 25.
About the area:
I have been living here since July 2021. The area is pretty chill and we have gym, grocery stores, dollar store and more 10 minute walks away.
10 min walk to the G and J/M trains. Takes about 35 minutes to get to Manhattan. 6-8 min walk to the B43/B15/B54 buses.
