Sunny, Furnished Bedroom in Bed-Stuy!

Hi, there!

My partner and I have an extra room available for *single occupancy* starting in July 2022. We would like to use the month of June to meet with potential roomies.

About the room: The room has a window with southern exposure, so it’s very sunny and great for growing plants! It also has a VERY comfortable couch that easily converts into an equally comfortable bed (if you prefer to bring your own bed, that’s okay, too).

The room also comes with a desk, a computer chair, a regular chair, a bookcase, and a standing lamp with small shelves lined up underneath the light source. There is a garbage can, a space heater, and a closet with plenty of hangers and space at the top and bottom. You will also have access to the shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Just a heads up: We do have a very sweet cat who unfortunately does not play well with other pets. If you are allergic to cats or have a cat or dog of your own, this may not be the best place for you.

---Less than a minute from a great bodega (it’s literally around the corner)
---A 3-minute walk from the Kingston-Throop C train stop (about a block away from the grocery store)
---A 10-minute walk from the Nostrand Avenue A train stop
---Within 5 minutes of both B43 and B26 bus stops
---A 10-minute walk from the nearest public library (Macon Library)
---Only a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Herbert Von King Park!

There are also TONS of bars and restaurants in the area.
