Room for rent

Hi! I live in a 3 bedroom apartment in Bed-Stuy on the second floor and am looking to fill one of the rooms for a 1 year lease with a September 1st move in. I'm a 29 year old female who works in music supervision and my other roommate is a 29 year old female who is in grad school and is a writer. We're looking for someone respectful, cleanly, and friendly who would enjoy hanging out on occasion but we also have our own social lives and value alone time. We're a queer friendly household that's vaccinated and expect you to be the same! (The cat in the photos of the room is unfortunately not included with the apartment)
