hi! im leaving my 4 bed 1 bath apartment in bed stuy and need someone to take my place on the lease (with option to renew)! it's a second floor walk up, pets are allowed (no pet rent and no pet deposit), roof access, laundry in basement as well as laundromat on the same block with drop off service as well. it's a less than a 10 min walk to the g and about 10 mins to the jm trains and bus to jfk on the corner.
