This is in a peaceful 2BR apartment with high ceilings and wood floors, in Crown Heights/ Bedstuy neighborhood, with short walks to A/ C trains, CitiBike shares, and numerous cafes, restaurants, parks, and community businesses.

I'm an architectural designer/ artist with busy work schedule and my bedroom/ studio is on the other side of the apartment.

Shared spaces are: bathroom, full kitchen with small breakfast area, dining/ lounging area, hallway with storage for shoes etc, and a roof access.
