Beautiful Bedstuy Apartment Up For Grabs

This is a beautifully lit one bedroom that I’m looking to fill by June 30th 2023. You have your own bathroom and balcony and the room is slightly bigger than mines hence the rent of 1600.
This is a shared living room. Your bathroom doesn’t have a sink however you can use the sink in my bathroom. Just clean up after yourself. I have a gorgeous wine rack we can share and the living room is shareable as well. You will have access to our laundry room, an office space in the basement if you need, a gym in the mirror building next door, and a rooftop.

The whole apartment is electric. We will split the con Ed bill. There also is an internet bill which we will split.

PSA - I’m only looking for black/women of color to be my next roommates. No males at all.

There is a $150 application that needs to be done prior, also xx you must have a credit score of 700 and up and be able to pay first months rent and security. Message me regarding any questions!
