Private Room in very large 4-bed triplex Bedstuy

We are three tech professionals in their late 20s who are sociable (but responsible) and easy-going, and greatly enjoy our beautiful space in a very quaint (but fun) part of BedStuy in Brooklyn. We have four bathrooms, a beautiful private backyard with a giant magnolia tree, a deck, an outdoor grill, washer/dryer in the space, a large basement for storage, roof access, a driveway, a piano, guitars, TV, general A/C, as well as other perks/amenities. We have a CitiBike dock a few steps away from the house, and are about a 7 minute walk from the Utica A/C stop.

We have a fourth housemate who is moving out to live with their girlfriend. We are looking for someone to take his room, starting July 1st (or potentially earlier). We would prefer for our new housemate to live with us until the end of our lease in April of , but can be potentially flexible if they need to leave a little earlier (as long as we know well in advance so that we can plan). After our lease is over in April , we will most likely all move out, but there's also a chance we would resign a new lease, haven't decided yet either way.
