I have a cozy bedroom available for someone who requires a place in NYC Mon - Fri.

You MUST be able to provide the following to be considered.

* A recent credit report (Credit Karma is sufficient)
I will not do a credit pull. However, you must log in to your online credit report to prove you are the person you say you are with a matching ID. A low score will not impact eligibility for the room.
* Proof of employment which consists of recent pay stubs.

I manage the entire building, which consists of three apartments, and you'll be on the third floor. Make your best impression to maximize your chances of a response.

The room offered is furnished, and you'll share a full bathroom with two women. The room is priced at $230 per week, and utilities, including wifi, average $130 per month. The room is only available Mon-Fri and the occasional weekend. The images displayed are how the space currently is. The house is in BedStuy, two blocks from the J, M, and Z trains. What's essential is someone who shares our values. Upon meeting you, we'll find this out. Two women and one man currently reside. I'm an events organizer and am generally out until late, and the other roommate also works late nights. If you're a person that goes to sleep at 10 pm, we will not be compatible. On average, we go to sleep around 2 am. I want you to feel comfortable living with us and vice versa.
