We are looking for ONE more flatmate to join our beautiful house in Bed Stuy, beginning June 15th or July 1, either for a month sublet, or for long term.
The house has 4 spacious floors, plus a large basement, and a finished rooftop, plus a steel deck overlooking a large private groomed backyard.
6 very large 🙌 bedrooms in total, with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, evenly spread across 3 floors. The house is in a modern standard with a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and a wine cooler. Great shared areas with lots of space to hang out including a living room, a large kitchen and outdoor area.
Private washer/dryer unit. And decent music setup in the basement!
You will be living with lovely flatmates, early 30's, respectful and tidy. We are into socializing, cooking, comedy, music, design and weekend getaways. All working during the week, we enjoy spending time together on evenings and weekends!
