Sublease available from April 15th - June 15th (but I can extend it to March 31st - June 30th)! Located in Brooklyn Bed-Stuy. This is a HUGE space (the entire lower floor of a duplex apt is private to you, so pretty much the size of a studio) - Bedroom, Living Area, Workspace, Private 1/2 Bathroom, and Private Entrance - Fully furnished! $1,500month+utilities.

The upstairs (Kitchen, Living Room, Full Bathroom) is shared with two very cool roomies, preferably looking for a woman/nonbinary subletter. They’re both from Texas, and work in tv production! Very friendly and social :) One of my roommates also has an adorable small friendly hypoallergenic dog, and he stays upstairs!

The building has a gym, a rooftop, laundry in-building, A/C, and it’s in a super cute area w lots of bars and restaurants around! Train stops are off the A/C Utica Ave and the J/Z Gates Ave.
