Choice of 2 rooms, one furnished one not

My name is Danielle, I'm a 29 year old teachers assistant. I live in a three family house and I'm on the third floor. I have a spacious living room, dining room, eat in kitchen and bathroom. I am very very clean and organized. I keep the party outside, although I don't mind having friends over as long as the noise is kept to a minimum. I love to cook, read, and watch TV while I'm home and spend time with my 4 pound chihuahua Mouse, who is very sweet and sleeps most of the time. Small dog is allowed, but no cats. This is a smoking house but I don't mind moving it outside if necessary. I'm looking for a nice female roommate to hang out with, not just someone to see in passing when rents due, who is fun, has a steady job, is responsible and on time with rent , can stay for at least a year, and can share the house work when necessary. I have one room, all furnished and decorated with plenty of storage/closet space and another room that's a little bigger, empty, that can accommodate some adult sized furniture (bed dresser night stand etc) Locks can be put on either room. The bathroom is also a shared space. Plenty of sunlight throughout the apartment and a nice sized porch to watch sunsets on. The rent amount covers utilities except for cable/internet. I am located around tge corner from all major transportation and a variety of different stores as well (grocery, restaurants, clothes, gym etc) Hope to hear from you soon!
