Spacious room incl all utilities in 2 bedroom apt

I am an easy going divorced single woman, originally from England in a two bedroom apartment. I live in Bensonhurst, close to D train, buses and shopping. I am interested in renting the second bedroom. It is a nice size room with full size bed, dresser, armoire, bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The common areas would be bathroom, kitchen and foyer. I would preferably like to rent to a female professional or student who is working. I will require income documentation. The rent is $800 with all utilities including WiFi and cable.
