Excellent overhead lighting in every room in the apartment. High ceilings in every room make the whole apartment feel even larger. Very quiet room and apartment.

Large bedroom (10 X 13 feet) with high ceiling. Great natural light from two large windows, and excellent overhead lighting. Big closet – 6 feet wide hanging space plus shelving above and additional storage unit. Room air conditioner.

Large kitchen. Nice counter space. Plenty of cabinet space, deep sink, fanned vent above stove and large kitchen window. Appliances all work well. You can use my dishes, silverware, pots & pans, glasses/mugs, etc.

Beautiful entrance to building. Apartment is on second floor, which is top floor (so no upstairs neighbors walking on the ceiling lol).

Neighborhood is very safe and quiet.

The apartment is a very large 3-bedroom. You will share the apartment with two very courteous, neat, quiet female roommates. If you are also considerate, reasonably quiet, neat in shared spaces, will not smoke in the apartment or inside the building, and pay your rent on time, this is a great place for you.
