Spacious private room for rent

I'm looking for a new tenant for a private room in my apartment since my roommate is moving out at the end of March. I'm a professional male, 28 years old, working as a programmer in Brooklyn.

The room is in a 2 bedrooms apartment, close to N train Bay Parkway station, 10 mins walking to F train Avenue P station. Will be available on April 1st, 2020.

The rent is $800 plus utilities (Internet, Electricity and Gas, you will pay half of the utilities, around $60 each month). To move in, 1 month rent as security deposit and your first month rent are required (Total $1600). The security deposit will be fully returned when you move out without any damage caused and you must let me know at least a month before you move out.
