Huge, sunny room available!

Hi there,

We're a couple looking to rent out our spare room in our 2 bedroom apartment. I'm 30 and an administrative assistant; my husband is 32 and a programmer. My husband is bilingual with Spanish, so Spanish speakers are welcome!

The furnished bedroom is huge with a lot of sunlight (and shades for the evening). There is a full-sized bed, night stand, smart TV, dresser, and huge standing closet in the room for your use.

We have a dishwasher, washer, and dryer in our apartment, as well as a full kitchen with appliances. Shared living room and bathroom.

We're located on the same block as the D train - 22 minutes to Atlantic Avenue Barclays Center and 45 minutes to downtown Manhattan.

Respect and frequent communication are very important to us and expect you to value the same. Personally, we are big into working out, cooking and eating, yoga/meditation, and documentaries. Ideally we'd love a roommate that could become our friend and we can all help each other grow! :)
