Spacious Bedroom in Bensonhurt

Single bedroom with shared bathroom and kitchen. In pictures it is a living room but that will be moved out and replaced with a bed and clothing rack. There is a door that locks on the room too. It is in a diverse area of Bensonhurst really close to the D train and multiple buses. Looking for a nice roommate to fill the room till Dec 31. We are dorks and will take down the Christmas and Halloween decor if wanted. The down payment includes first and last month if possible we would like a security deposit but we are flexible.
