About the apartment:
Rent is approximate, as I have to do math once my ex moves out. Pictures to come ASAP once he's out, too, but PM me!

-I have a 60lb hypoallergenic dog named Ygritte; her crate is on the other side of the kitchen and she's crated while I'm at work-- unless you want to play with her. No additional pets, please.

-huge kitchen with a chest freezer, dishwasher, and just about every appliance/gadget you can think of (and more table settings than I'll ever use)
-dining room table in the kitchen that has a leaf and can be made larger if needed
-virtually empty living room and dining room (the latter has shelving on the walls), so please bring furniture or a TV or something (or not, but prepare for a large open space); there's a window A/C built into the wall and beautiful, dimmable, recessed lighting
-across the street from Bensonhurst Park
-a short walk to the water if you want to walk along the water parallel to the Belt Parkway; this also means it's a very short drive to the Verrazzano if you want to leave Brooklyn
-1.5 baths with the half bath in the Master (so I won't ever bother you with a line for the bathroom!)
-1GB Fios internet (the router is in room 2)
-free street parking! (alternate side parking is a thing, though)
-24h laundromat at the end of the block
-2 major grocery stores within short walking distance, a J-Mart within longer walking distance, and a Stop & Shop within short bus/driving distance
-tons of restaurants nearby (if you're a sushi lover, boy do I have places for you)

Room Fits a queen bed, desk and dresser comfortably with two sunny windows and a huge closet. Currently painted with a sunny blue color, but will be repainted ... unless you like it! (rent with utilities: ~$1300)
