Looking for a female roommate

We are a busy married couple residing in this apartment since 2014. We offer a large furnished room (if furniture is not needed, we can move it from the room). Full size bed, pristine condition mattress, a sofa, a table, a bookcase). Fully equipped kitchen (please use whatever you need for cooking and serving food).
We are looking for a respectful roommate who's looking for a quiet and clean apartment with roommates who are working long hours.
Subway is 2 min away. Lot's of stares in the neighborhood.
The only utilities we ask to pay additional is electricity (due to an AC situation mostly).
