We are offering ONE room for ONE person in a three bedroom apartment.
The apartment is in a remodeled private house which is located on a quiet block in Bensonhurst.
We are on the second floor of a two story private house.
Full bathroom is shared with 1 person only.
It is within walking distance (5 min.) to 20th Ave D train station (30 min to Wall Street, about 50 min. to Manhattan Downtown. The shopping is on the 86-th street (stores, restaurants, cafes). Laundry is across the street from our house.
About us: two young, straight professionals, early 30s and 40s).
About you: Mature, Clean, Respectful, Financially Stable (must pay bills and rent on time - NO EXCEPTIONS).
We do not party at home.
We split the cost of the apartment, the room is $585 - the price is good for 1 year. If you are unable to meet these terms, please do not reply:
In order to move in, you will need one month rent + one month (last month) deposit.
Utilities are paid separately, on average $75 - $100 dollars per a person per a month (gas, electricity, the internet).
