Two Friends (and dog) looking for 3rd roommate and a new friend <3 in 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment in Bensonhurst!

About us: 23(M) 24(F) and 4 year old sweet girl Cocoa (the dog). We keep the apartment clean and tidy, we both like to cook, and we regularly watch anime together. We both like to play video games, and are just looking for someone we get along with and can share our space with. We work in Online Content Creation and Digital Marketing, both currently working remotely. Jacob moved here 2.5 years ago and Berry moved here last month!

Cocoa is 50 lbs and is very sweet once she warms up to you. She is a rescue and loves lots of cuddles. She does shed but we keep up with the hair.

Bedroom is furnished. There is a queen bed, nightstand, rug, clothes rack, small futon, and private closet. Target is only a few blocks away if you need anything, and there is a window AC unit in the room. Window looks out into the backyard of the building. If you don’t want any of the furniture we can make accommodations to get rid of it

Everything is very close and within walking distance. N train is less than 10 minutes away, and D train is 10-15 minutes away. Laundromat, grocery stores, delis, banks, and anything else you need are all within a few blocks.
