I work Monday thru Friday. If you are interested in a place, please text me and we can arrange the time to show the place. Can show from 7:30pm - 9pm

utilities incld, safe area, clean apartment, near Manhattan. One bedroom available in a 3 bedroom apartment.
other 2 roommates are male professional in their 30s, non smoker, clean, respectful. Room offers private entrance, private bedroom, private closet, and shared: bathroom, hallway and kitchen. Building has security surveillance camera through out the building. Restaurant, bars, shopping area walking distance from the building. "N" train to Manhattan 2 blocks away, and
"F" train is 7 minutes walking distance from the property. if interested, please feel free to contact
