About us: 25(M) 25(F). We do our best to keep things tidy. We like to cook, watch anime, play video games, and are just looking for someone we get along with and can share our space with. We work in Online Content Creation and Digital Marketing, both currently working remotely. I (Jacob) moved here 4 years ago and Berry moved here last year!
We would prefer another woman roommate, but are open to anyone if the vibe is right!
Bedroom is furnished. There is a queen bed, nightstand, rug, clothes rack, small futon, and private closet. Target is only a few blocks away if you need anything, and there is a window AC unit in the room. Window looks out into the backyard of the building. If you don’t want any of the furniture we can make accommodations to get rid of it
Everything is very close and within walking distance. N train is less than 10 minutes away, and D train is 10-15 minutes away. Laundromat, grocery stores, delis, banks, and anything else you need are all within a few blocks.
Internet and Electric split 3 ways
Water and gas included.
