Spacious apartment in nice residential area!

Hello. Im currently relocating into a new apartment in the same area. Ive lived in the area of 8+ years and can attest to it being a very nice area with a decent option of stores/supermarkets in walking distance.

As for the apartment itself, it is a 2.5bedroom, 1.5 bathroom set up with a balcony in a 2 family home.
The half bathroom is attached to the master bedroom (which I planned to occupy but willing to consider someone else needs if necessary) with the full bathroom being a separate space. The half bath has its own toilet, sink and storage space so the the only thing being really shared in the main bathroom is the shower/tub.

Theres plenty of closet space throughout the apartment. It is/will be partially furnished (as i relocated my current furniture to the new location) with room for any you would like to bring in addition.

Rent is current $1000 with heat/hot water included. With internet/electricity / gas the typical month cost divided would be an additional $150-200 depending on usage. For any additional questions or information, please don't hesitate to contact.
