Large furnished room available in a 2 bedrooms ap

We are a couple and we have a large furnished room to rent in our 2 bedroom apartments . This apartment in borum hill is our pied a terre in NY as we work in the city . My partner goes to the office Monday to Thursday and I do work freelance in the photo industry . We live every week and spend 3 to 4 nights to our beach cottage in Montauk which is our primary residence . I occasionally stay in the city depending on my work schedule .
this is a 5th floor walk up apartment conveniently located one block from the F line on the Warren street entrance .
The apartment has a dishwasher, there is also a washer / dryer located in the basement for the cost of $1 a load .
Iam looking for somebody mature and quiet and most important clean
We provide free access to wifi and tv but we have minimum channels .. All utilities are included in your rent .
