Large Furnished Bedroom in Sunny Boerum Hill Apt

I own a modern 2 bed/1bath apartment in the gorgeous Boerum Hill neighborhood in Brooklyn. Close to downtown Brooklyn shopping, dining, theater. Elevator building with a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Ideally I'm seeking a professional 30 years + for a month to month (max 6 months) stay. I keep the apartment clean and am looking for someone who will respect the space similarly. Ideally, I'd love another creative type who will be a good person to chat with, but who is independent and busy with their own career and lifestyle. Must love cats!!
