This place, located at 33 Bond St, is a 15 minute walk from Atlantic Terminal and is just across the street from the Hoyt-Schermerhorn A, C, G trains. It?s located in a luxury building with a doorman, package delivery room, and a lounge. Laundry is located in the basement. The gym Chelsea Piers Fitness, is located inside the building as well. It?ll come unfurnished and you only need to pay for electricity and internet/cable as far as utilities are concerned. Honestly it?s great building and I really enjoyed living there.
