A Room in Cobble Hill, Available Now

I am looking for a roommate in an apartment in Cobble Hill/Carrol Gardens, Brooklyn. The apartment is bright and cozy, with high ceilings, hardwood floors, lots of sunlight, and plants. It is in the midst of a very vibrant neighborhood, full of boutiques, restaurants, and coffee shops. Cobble Hill Cinema is only one block away and Trader Joe's is within 10 min walking distance. It is one block away from the F and G subway stop. I have been living here for more than five years and I absolutely love the neighborhood. The room is facing an inner garden and is very quiet. I am looking for a clean, friendly, and plant-loving roommate. Under normal circumstances, I travel at least 2 months a year (leaving for July - mid-Sepetmeber), so you would be able to enjoy the apartment in solitude as well.
