Seeking roommate for lease takeover (12 months) in Boerum Hill. 20 mins to Manhattan: directly above Bergen St. F/G subway and 10 mins from Jay St Metrotech (R/A/C/F), Bourough Hall (4/5), Hoyt St (2/3). 15 min walk from Barclays Center / Downtown Brooklyn and Brooklyn Bridge. Lots of good food and shopping nearby on Smith St, Court St, and Fulton St. The apartment has an enormous kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious living room plus a private outdoor space! The room fits a true queen and has a nice sized closet.

I am a 25 year old engineer. I?m pretty laid back and am down to hang out together in the common room but also good with mostly doing our own thing. I?m a huge sports fan, and used to play basketball in the before times. I also love video and board games (would be down to play smash together).
