I am subletting my 1 bedroom apartment in prime Boerum Hill from Nov. 15 to July 31st! I absolutely love this place and the neighborhood but have to leave to take care of family outside of NYC. The apartment is in a pet-friendly, renovated pre-war building near plenty of major subway lines (A/C/G/2/3/F/B/D/N/Q/R). This unit is truly a hidden gem as it has a dishwasher AND washer/dryer in unit!

Take full advantage of the neighborhood by taking a stroll and grabbing coffee at one of the several locally-owned coffee shops, eat boozy brunch at one of the many bars and dining establishments, and browse shops on Atlantic Avenue! Or take a short jog to the waterfront park at Pier 5 and enjoy stunning views of downtown Manhattan! You will truly love living here as much as I do.

The pictures (except the bedroom photo) are of the unfurnished apartment but I am happy to show the current apartment and negotiate inclusion of any furnishings.
