Room (3BR/2BA) in Center of Boerum Hill

Hi,

I'm looking to sublet my room for the remainder of my lease (it ends in May). You have the option of renewing. I'll need to show your info (proof of income, etc.) to the landlord. The rent will be prorated depending on your move-in date.

The apartment was renovated in summer 2020. You would be sharing the unit with two of my friends from college, as well as one roommate's girlfriend. (The other roommate tends to go for weeks at a time to her boyfriend in NJ, so often there are only two other people.) Everyone takes COVID seriously. They're fun, privacy-respecting people.

The room will be unfurnished. It can comfortably accommodate a full-size bed and dresser. If you need a "transitional" bed, I can leave you my new, unused air mattress. The room is cozy; as you'll see in the pictures, I used the large storage space above the closet to store my books.

The bathroom nearest this room is newly renovated and modern, as are the kitchen and living area. Please note: there is a toaster oven, microwave, and electric stove but NO OVEN. There's a dining room bar table, a sofa, and a working desk that faces the living room windows. The kitchen also has a skylight.

No pets, unfortunately.

Finally, the unit is in the heart of Boerum Hill. Prospect Park is a 20-min. walk away. C-Town is the nearest supermarket (5 min. walk), but Trader Joe's and Stop & Shop are also relatively close (15 min., in opposite directions). The nearest laundromat, Jane's, is 3 minutes away. There's also a nice corner deli, Cobble Hill Deli, with great quesadillas!
