I hate goodbyes

My girlfriend and I discovered we're pregnant! I am moving in with her and unfortunately I must break my lease. i'm honoring my commitment in the lease to try to get someone else.
Loved it here. Current roommate is amazing, very intelligent, well mannered and will miss our debates.
We're the only occupied apt in whole building! no rowdy neighbors, no slamming doors etc.

Close to transit, food and bars reopening up to much warmer temps and better weather soon.

Building kept in great shape by maintenance.
Will send pics or facetime the space. Much of apt is furnished from current roommate that is staying.

If I sent you the advert it's probably because I think you're a good match for the place. If I'm going to end up losing money so be it as long as place works itself out.
