Room Available in Boerum Hill

Looking for a roommate for our homey apartment in Boerum Hill. Close to everything - restaurants, bars, grocery stores (two nearby Trader Joe’s). Closest train is Bergen F/G, but also close to A/C/2/3/4/5/N/Q/R.

We are on the top floor of a brownstone. Room can comfortably fit a full or queen sized bed, has a closet and gets great natural light! Shares a wall with another room, but we aren't a loud bunch, so it's never been an issue.

The apartment has been in our friend group for about 7 years and we love living here. We’re all pretty clean and respectable, give each other space and all pitch in to clean. We also hang out and cook together occasionally. We take covid precautions..

Two roommates right now are two females - one in late 20’s, other in early 30’s. We both work from home, and will likely be doing so for the foreseeable future.

Move in is for 4/1, potentially another room would be available for 5/1. Looking for someone who is clean and considerate and planning on staying long term.
