2 bed room and 1 bathroom apartment located less than a 10 minute walk from the Atlantic Ave/Barclay center. The apartment building is in a quiet neighborhood. Amenities include a washer and dryer in unit, elevator, balcony and roof access. Living area is furnished and kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurants nearby and multiple grocery stores within walking distance. Room available is large and easily fits a queen sized bed plus other furniture. It has two good sized closets and an air conditioner already installed.

I am a 29 year old anesthesiology resident who works a lot and takes one to two 24 hour calls per week so you would have the apartment completely to yourself those evenings. She is quiet and neat. Hobbies include cooking and baking (I love sharing my food with people), knitting/crocheting, and traveling. I do occasionally have a couple of friends over in the evenings (usually on weekends). I hope you would feel welcome to join us and to have your own friends over as well. I would hope that we become friends as roommates but am also totally fine if you just want to do your own thing.
