This 8'x10' room is placed facing a garden so it is quiet and secluded. The room includes a built-in bookshelf and a small closet. The rest of the apartment is furnished and all of the common areas have plates, pots, pans, etc that can be shared.
The room is fairly secluded from the other bedroom since they are on opposite sides of the apartment.
About me: Lived in NYC for 13 years, currently working as a freelance designer & entrepreneur. I work from the apartment most days and love going out in the evening to explore the city but also love my time at the apartment.
About you: Tidy and considerate roommate. Ideally not someone who just hides away in their room. Don't mind someone who loves to party, just be considerate if you do plan to bring it home.
