$550 / 95ft2 - Cozy room in 4 bedroom in Boro Park

I'm looking for a roommate to move in January 15th!

The room is $550/month, and utilities usually range between $60-100/month. The apartment is about a block away from the Fort Hamilton Parkway stop on the D train, which runs express to Manhattan (about 45 min. ride to 42nd St.)

The neighborhood is primarily Hasidic, and is a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of families. It's not too far from Sunset Park, Greenwood Cemetery, or even Prospect Park. Laundromats and delis are close by, though I tend to get groceries outside of the neighborhood.

The apartment is small but cozy, with lots of light, 4 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. There will be a full-size bed frame available if you would like it (bed frame in last photo), otherwise the room will be unfurnished. It?s about 10x9.5 ft with one large window and ample closet space.

A little bit about me and the other roommates who currently live here: I am a woman in my early thirties, and work as a preschool teacher. My roommates are also women in their early to mid-twenties. We are all friendly, clean, quiet, and mostly keep to ourselves when we're home. I am looking for roommates who are similar--no big parties or social gatherings at the apartment please. We all tend to wake up early in the mornings so we want to maintain a quiet environment. We also use a monthly cleaning schedule, so please only respond if you are clean and responsible.

Looking for people who plan to stay for a year. I will need first month, last month, and a security deposit of $550.

Preference will go to women and trans and gender-non-conforming folks! Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
