Large affordable room to rent near two trains

Hi all,
Affordable room for rent in borough park. The photos include my roommate's furniture. He was able to fit a full size bed, a desk, drawer and nightstand table and still has plenty of space. Includes separate closet from the room. I've been living here for 6 years and my other roommate 2 years. We're two guys both who are 28 years old. Quiet, clean and usually working.

Apartment itself is a 3 bed room with 1.5 bathrooms. 1 full bathroom and another bathroom that is the toilet and sink. Shared Livingroom and kitchen.

13th Avenue in our neighborhood has grocery stores and other shops. Only 2 blocks from D train and N train 62nd st / New Utrecht.

Utilities average out to about $100 extra per month but are split equally 3 ways.
